In order to increase the RS content of the rice, use this incredibly simple technique:
- In a boiling water, add one tablespoon of coconut oil
- Once the oil dissolves in the water, stir in half a cup of rice
- Simmer for about 40 minutes or until you notice the rice is completely cooked. The experience showed that some rice can be boiled for 20 min instead.
- In the end, store the cooked rice in the fridge and wait for 12 hours before consuming it.

How it works?
